Facilities

Heating in the building is central and apartment has plastic windows. Apartment in situated in the 2nd floor accessible by the elevator and tenants can use a common bycicle room in the basement. 

Price

The rent of this apartment is 20 000 CZK plus utilities 6 000 CZK including the internet connection. Security deposit is set for 30 000 CZK and commission is 26 000 CZK.
