Our reception provides wide scope of information services:

• scheduling appointment at Immigration Office, Municipality Office, etc. to avoid queues
• finding out the status of your immigration application
• addresses and opening hours of authorities
• advice to orientate in the city and tourist points of interest
• recommendations of restaurants, hotels (with special discount), etc.

You can also collect maps and brochures about the city and foreigner-friendly services at our office for free.

Procedure

1. Arrange a meeting with us, drop us a line or simply stop by if urgent
2. Tell us how we can help you and our reception will be happy to assist immediately
3. We will refer you to another service if your request is more complex  

To deal with Immigration Office, we’ll need to know your full name, nationality, date of birth, the purpose of your meeting/subject of your application, application number (if you’ve been assigned one) and at least two time slots when you are available for an appointment.
