Continuing to the left, there is bathroom with toilet and big kitchen space. Next to it there is  a separate room which can be used at office, child ´s room or a guest bedroom. On the right from the kitchen, we can enter the main and biggest room - living room area and the last but not least spacious main bedroom.

Furnishing

Apartment is offered as fully furnished. The furniture is modern and nicely chosen. There is a dinning table with chairs in the kitchen together with all the kitchen appliances such as electric cooker with oven, microwave oven, boiling cattle and fridge with freezer. Bathroom offers both - bath and shower corner as well together with storing options. A kid´s room or guest bedroom is equipped with double bed, wardrobe, office table and chair. Living room area offrs all the comfort - two sofas together with the conference table, Tv stand with television and armchair with storage system/bookshelf. Main bedroom is equipped with king size bed, bed stands and chest of drawers.

Facilities

This is historical buidling with wooden windows. There is a gas-powered heating available. Apartment is located in the 2nd floor of 3 floors building. The big advantage is the parking in the backyard and outdoor table with chair available for tenants. There is a balcony as well.

Price

The rent of this apartment is 18 000 CZK plus utilities and services of 5 000 CZK. The water consumption will be charged each 4 months. Internet is included in the rent same as private parking at the backyard.  The security deposit is 18 000 CZK and comission is priced at 23 000 CZK.

Conditions

This apartment is non smoking and the owner allows small pets upon agreement. Long term rental is prefered.
