Parking is available in the private parking house close buy or free zone within the surrounding streets. There is a balcony of 3m2 facing the Třída Míru.

The rent of this apartment is priced at 17 000 CZK plus utilities 2500 CZK not including the internet charges. Security deposit is set for 34 000 CZK and comission is 19500 CZK.
