Continuing straight, we find ourselves in the separate bedroom. Turining right, we reach the separate toilet and the main room with connected kitchen. The big advantage is that windows are facing the inner yard over looking the historical part of the city and greenery same as the spacious terrace, which is accesible through the living room. 

Furnishing

Apartment is offered as partly furnished. It consists of the fully equipped kitchen including the fridge plus freezer, dishawer, induction stove with electric owen and couple of shelves - perfect for storing the kitchen appliances and containers. Upon request it is possible to add the washing machine by the owner. 

The floor has a floating floor (living room) and bedroom, the other rooms have ceramic tiles. The windows are plastic, soundproof (triple glass). The entrance door is a Sapeli security brand.

Facilities

Smilova Rezidence is brand new complex of apartment, which has its own object management and offers the highest level of security for you. It is made of bricks and it has the newest isolation. Heating is central. Apartment is located in the 4th floor accessible by the elevator. 

Beside the terrace connected to the apartment, tenants can you the storage room and common bicycle room in the ground floor. Upon request is possible to rent a private garage parking for additional 1 500 CZK/ month. 

Price

Rent of this apartment is 16 500 CZK. Utilities are priced at 2500 CZK (not including the internet charge). Security deposit is 36 000 CZK and comission is 19 000 CZK.

Conditions

This is non smoking apartment and the owners preffers long-term rental.
