Summary
Interesting offer of a room in a shared apartment perfect for the students! We have a cosy room of 16 sq m, which is situated on the 3rd floor for rent and is located close to the University of Pardubice.
Location
This sharing apartment has a great location at Na Cihelna - only 2 minutes walking distance from the University. We can find many cafes, restaurants, grocery stores there (such as Lidl, Albert, etc.) The city centre is easily reached by a nice 15min walk or only few minutes by bus (bus stop is located just 2min by walking from the house). As a great tip for a trip - we recommend you to visit Kunětická Hora castle, located just 10 minutes by car.
Layout
After entering the apartment, we can find the room on the right side and it is oriented to the southeast. In the main hallway there are closets with storage space, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. Across the hallway there is a kitchen and three separate rooms.
Furnishing
This room is offered with basic furnishings. The walls are painted white, and the floor is covered with laminate flooring. The room includes the following equipment: a wardrobe with a mirror, a bed with a mattress, a nightstand, a lamp, a standing lamp, a desk, two chairs, curtain rods, and curtains. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances: an electric oven, a gas stove, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a dining table with chairs. The bathroom contains a washing machine.
Facilities
This house is clean, safe and energy efficient. There's an elevator . The apartment has its own loggia, storage for bycicles and a cellar for storing other equipments.
Price
The rent for reserving the room is 3,500 CZK during the summer months only (July and August), and it is solely for the purpose of reserving the room for the upcoming academic year. The landlords offer a 50% discount on the summer rent if the student reserves the room starting already in July.
As for the actual accommodation, the room will be occupied by the student from September onwards, at which point the full monthly rent costs — 7,000 CZK + utilities of 2 000 CZK (internet is included in the price).
The refundable security deposit is 10,000 CZK.
The agency commission is 9 000 CZK.
Conditions
The owners requires non smokers with no pets for the long term rental. The room is available from 1st July 2025, ideal for a student - only a girl, in other separated rooms have been living girls.
The owners reserves the right to select the tenant according to the criteria chosen by them.
