The apartment offers an area of ​​35 square meters and consists of an entrance hall, storage room which can be used as a dressing room, bathroom with tub, sink and toilet, kitchen, and separate bedroom. The apartment is after a complete reconstruction.

The rental includes all equipment - equipped kitchen with a small dining table, chairs, electric hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, large refrigerator with freezer. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a library, a desk with an office chair, a small sofa and a coffee table. 

In case of interest, it is possible to adjust the equipment of the apartment.

Facilities

The whole house is after reconstruction, there are new facade and quality plastic windows. There is also a bike room in the basement.

Price

The monthly rent is 11 000 CZK plus all advance payments for services and internet connection approximately 2 000 CZK. So in total monthly payment is 13 000 CZK. Another person pays extra 500 CZK for water. 

Required deposit for the landlord 26 000 CZK, mediation fee in the amount of one rent.
