The returnable security deposit is 2 monthly rents (28 000 CZK)-not discounted.

The rent for 12 months contracts is 12 555 CZK, for 5-6months contracts is 13 253 CZK.

Commission 10 285 CZK incl. VAT + service fee for 12 months is 4000 CZK and for 5-6months is 6000 CZK.
