This bright and sunny apartment with windows situated to South and East offers a high quality living out of the city center noise and rush. In this calm area with lots of greenery around, you will feel always maximally relaxed.

The apartment is FULLY furnished with all needed appliances, living room is fully furnished (just TV is missing), bedroom has a double bed and working desk with a chair. As a storage space there is a built-in wardrobe in the bedroom and also in the hallway. In the kitchen there is dining table with 3 chairs. From kitchen, you can get to spacious, sunny balcony. If you look left over the roofs, you will have a nice view of Prague which is laying under your new place of living. This balcony is just the ideal place to enjoy morning coffee.

The bathroom has a bathtub, which can be equipped with a curtain/counter. The new washing machine is ready to use. A toilet is separated.

All windows have exterior blinders with very effective black-out function. The apartment is fully furnished with pots, cutleries etc.

The apartment has a parking space in garage underneath the building. The price is 2 500czk extra.
