Facilities

The apartment on the 2nd floor is absolutely safe, secured by security doors, reception inside the building and a security camera system in the common areas. Achieving the 2nd floor with luggage is easy thanks to the elevator. 

Price

The monthly rent is 18 500 CZK + 3 600 CZK for utilities, services and Internet connection. The security deposit amount is 31 000 CZK. The landlord prefers a long term contract for at least a year and 1-2 people max.
