A beautiful historical location in the old town - just in a side street of the Big square. Very popular location for students - just 10 minutes walk to Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy, as well as the hospital. Very good bus connections to take you to the hospital in few minutes. Small grocery stores just a few minutes away. A big selection of restaurants, bars and cafes at your doorstep.

Layout

The apartment has one huge room with kitchenette (with all the appliances including dishwasher) in the corner considered as a living room/dining room. Just above the kitchen corner, there is one small additional floor, ideal for sleeping. The space could be also used as a place for guests. There is one spacious bedroom with a door to the terrace and also two very small extra rooms which would serve as storage rooms. There is a bathroom with bathtub and sink and a separate toilet. The entrance is via a corridor in a lower apartment where live 4 students of medicine (girls).

The apartment is situated in the second floor. There is a nice brand new covered terrace - 23 sq. m.

Price

The monthly price for rent is 17.000 CZK plus 3.000 CZK as the deposit for utilities. Returnable security deposit is 34.000 CZK.
