The apartment consists of an entrance hallway, a kitchen corner,a living room, 2 bathrooms with a washing machine, a shower corner, a basin and a toilet. Entrances to the terrace are from bedrooms upstairs. The second bedroom is possible to use as well as a study room with a nice view of the terrace.

This modern apartment is suitable for 1-4 people or a family. 

Windows are situated to the south and west. From the terrace, you can watch the sunset. 

Furnishing

The apartment is fully furnished with comfortable beds, a study table and chair, a TV + SAT, a sofa and coffee table, multifunctional washing and drying machine, shelves, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets (2 hotplates stove, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, plates, glasses etc.), bed linen etc.

In case of immediate reservation, we are open to changing the furniture so the resident is satisfied to the maximum.

Facilities

The flat has a terrace. The possibility of parking in the courtyard or in fenced parking near the building. The cleaning service for the common areas is included in the price.

Price

The price does not vary based on the lease period. The parking place is included in the price. Free wi-fi with the possibility of higher speed internet rent based on individual needs. It is possible to order the cleaning service for an extra charge.

Conditions

It is feasible to rent the apartment for mid and long-term with a minimum rental period of 3 months.
