The second floor is a relaxing area with a double bed and because of 2 meters big working table is this place pleasant for office work. Based on colour typology, a green carpet should make you more relaxed and calm. 

This modern loft atelier is suitable for 1 or 2 people.

Furnishing

The atelier is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a study table and chair, TV + SAT, sofa and coffee table, washing machine, shelves, wardrobes, bed linen, kitchen cabinets (2 hotplates stove, multifunctional oven, fridge, kettle, plates, glasses, etc.). 

A drying machine and vacuum cleaner are free to use in the building. Bathroom with shower corner and toilet. 

Facilities

The possibility of parking in the yard. The cleaning service for the common areas is included in the price.

Price

Internet included. Monthly rent is 17 500 CZK, advance payment for utilities is 4 300 CZK. The parking place costs 1200 CZK/per month. Deposit in the amount of 32 000 CZK.
