This loft room has an area of 25 sqm with balcony and is suitable for 1-2 persons. Upon entering the family house, with the staircase you can reach the 1st floor where on the left side is the room situated.  The toilet is separate opposite the staircase  and commonn bathroom is located just accross the hallway. Tenants can use the kitchen in the ground floor together with the owen as well as garden and swimming pool in the summer months. 

Furnishing

This is fully furnished sharing room. In the room we can find a double bed with mattrace, cabinet, table with chair, sofa and some storage space. Bathroom has two sinks with mirror and shower corrner available. Kitchen is fully equipped with the glas-ceramic stove, electric owen, microwave owen and fridge with freezer.

Facilities

The family house is made of bricks and the water/heating is provided by the gass boiler.

The rent of this apartment is 6 500 CZK per person including the utilites and internet charges. Commission is 6 500 CZK.

Conditions

This is non smoking apartment and owner prefers tenants without pet. The rental period is from October 2024 until June 2025. Upon agreement it is possible to reserve the room for the upcoming academic year.
