The greenery by the river and close park are ideal for relax and studying.

The apartment of 70 sq.m. consists of a hall with a small storage room and cabinets. The two bedrooms are connected with a door but they can be also entered separately. Next, there is a small room which can be used as a study room or a small living room with a sofa, a kitchen with a small pantry, bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine. The toilet is separate.
