The apartment is currently simply furnished with old furniture for 3 students. In case you wish to have it unfurnished it is possible. There are a fridge and oven in the kitchen.  There is no washing machine but can be added upon agreement.

Residential house with an elevator. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is a free parking place in front of the house. 

Price

Monthly rent for 3 people is 16 000 CZK plus 2 000 CZK deposit for utilities. Returnable Security Deposit 30 000 CZK. Price can be discussed.
