The whole building was renovated and apartments that create a unique place to live were built there. In the building there are also representative common areas, three elevators, marble tiles, underground garages, a bike shed and a security camera system. In the courtyard of the tract with a pond you can visit a pleasant cafe. The main uniqueness of the Kobližná Palace lies in, above all, the reception service, which is available to the inhabitants of the building every weekday. The service picks up the inbox, inspects the camera systems, and welcomes a visitor, whose presence will be informed via home phone and while waiting for your arrival the visitor can enjoy a good coffee.
